Introduction

Welcome to Enthrise! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Enthrise mobile application and related services (collectively, the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

- Interfere with or disrupt the App, servers, or networks connected to the App.

- Violate the rights of others, including but not limited to, privacy, intellectual property, and contractual rights.
- Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App’s functionality.
User Content: You may have the opportunity to submit, post, or share content through the App ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in the User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Enthrise a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display such content in connection with the operation and promotion of the App

3. Intellectual Property

Ownership: The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Enthrise and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App, unless you have our express written permission.

4. Termination

Termination by Enthrise: We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is harmful to Enthrise or its partners.
Termination by You: You may terminate your account and stop using the App at any time by following the instructions in the App.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Enthrise makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the App, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Enthrise does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enthrise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the App; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through the App; or (d) any conduct or content of any third party on the App.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Enthrise and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the App will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
